Dried Blood On Syrian Hamster Bum???

So my Syrian hamster has been sleeping for the past day and a half and I'm really worried. He felt limp and one of his eyes were kind of closed. I took a warm wet cloth and cleaned up around his eyes a bit and now he can open them. But he isn't active and I saw this on his bum. It looks like dried blood but I'm not sure. Please help and give me some advice.. I love him so much and I'm really worried..

You need to see a vet with him as it could be a variety of things from prolapse to wet tail. They can go downhill very quickly and he doesn't sound well.
