First of all thank you so much !! It’s a custom cage I built it and I had the shelve built in… but il definetly do the wash and scrub as it soft wood 🙌🏻 I’ll try give the wheel a good scrub they are just out of stock in the size I’ll need so I’d like to salvage it 🤞🏼 Everything else at the moment it ceramic and I’ve bought all new chews so I can Chuck all the old bits. The vet just told me disinfectant so I’m not sure !!

I think they would say disinfectant - maybe because of the mite droppings. And disinfectant is a good idea after any medical issue. I use the Beaphar for small animals. I'm sure it would drown them if nothing else! I'm not sure but I think soap maybe kills them anyway.
