Little red spot on back

Hello. My dwarf hamster is around 11 months old. She’s very happy but doesn’t like to come out of her cage as often as my other hamster. That’s fine. Anyways- I hadn’t seen her in a few days as she’s up at 12am+. (Times I take her out I stay up) Anyways. I noticed a red little “hole” on her back. It’s like a hole in her skin and is red all around it. So of course I start freaking out. I begin to inspect the red hole and it does not bother her in the slightest. This happened on Friday night. I have monitored her since and it had begun to heel but last night it was a bit more red. She’s been eating fine, drinking fine and has been as active as she normally is. I’m not sure what to do honestly. I haven’t took her to the vet for the time being as it hasn’t been bothering her at all, and thought I’d wait to see if it got worse looking and take her then. I’ve never seen this before and couldn’t see on the internet so I’m very panicked. I thought this was the best place to ask. She’s not currently awake but I will upload photos when she has woken up. Hard to say without seeing it. Could she have caught herself on something? Like the spindle of her wheel? I wonder if her fur got caught in something and then pulled a bit out.

If you're worried and its not healing up then i'd phone a vet and email a photo.
Just because something doesn't seem to bother a hamster doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't need treatment.
