Question When to be concerned about weight loss

My ham usually weighs in around 130g but for the past two weeks her weight's dropped first to 126g then to 122g. I'm just wondering if this is a seasonal thing/nothing to worry about as she is acting normally otherwise, or whether I need to visit a vet? I obviously don't want to take her unecessarily to the vets but I am willing to if people think it's necessary!
Thanks in advance for your advice!
