Exclamation Red dot

Hello.Idk if this is really a health issue but i think i whould post it here.So my hamster was normal a week ago and then i saw a little red dot right above his nose.I didnt know what that is so i just got him into my hand and i touched the dot.It was like dried blood but why would he have a wound..?Can someone help me pls.Thanks

Sounds like maybe he scratched his nose on something, have a check over the cage to see if anything has rough edges or if anything with holes is too small, another possibility is bar chewing if he's in a barred cage when the bars rub on the nose.
