Hello... I'm new here and i just bought a new male Syrian hamster yesterday. I just noticed there's a black spot like freckles on his private. Is that normal or is he sick? Please do help me

It is quite normal for hamsters particularly with black eyes to have speckles of pigment on the genitals. It is usually seen also on the ears and on the hips over the scent glands and tends to get darker as the hammy gets older.
Like Souffle said, this is just normal pigment on them. You tend to see it more as they age. The most common places to have it are scent glands, hips, ears, and testicles.
