Is chinchilla sandy safe for my Syrian husband

I just wanted to know is chinchilla sandy safe to use ? It's says it's a sand?

As long as it's sand and not dust it's fine - it needs to be dust extracted though
We use Tiny Friends Farm which seems to be the best on the market and is quite easily available.
