My hamster recently went bald on his back, but then grew it back again, and yesterday when he came out, he was pure bald, except from a bit at the back end, and little bits on his face.
I got him out, but didn't wanna pick him up incase he was sore ect... but walked freely onto my hand and was very active + happy.
Hes about... 3 years old now, so it might be old age (and hes a white fluffy hamster).
Anyone else had this happen before? *I hope it grows back lol*
I have had a hamster loose fur and it grow back but not to the extent that you are talking about. I guess extra bedding is needed now and maybe a jumper from santa.
