That is his testicles and he is a male hamster. As they mature the testicles get bigger and they hang out more when they are warm too or relaxed when they have just awoken. They look normal.

He's definitely a male As mentioned above, those are his testicles. It's perfectly normal, nothing to worry yourself over

And also it sits in the corner of the cage silently nowadays which is quite different as it would be roaming actively around the cage.(I also changed the wheel as the old one was a bit small and can it also be the reason for it being inactive?)

How long have you had him for? Is he doing this during the day or night? Sudden inactivity or sitting in one spot can indicate illness so it's important to know these things. It wouldn't be too unusual if he was a new hamster (who had been exploring often) that's settled down and that's what you're seeing

And it's been nearly 13 weeks since I cleaned it's cage. And it's of course during the night.

The stripes are veins, from what I can see in the picture. All looks normal so do not worry.

As for the decreased activity, that is likely just due to your hamster growing up. I expect he was a baby when you first got him and as they get older and more settled they get less energetic. However, if he does not move at all this is not normal and may require a vet trip.
