Exclamation Help!! I think Marcello's dying!! Seizures!! Diabetes???

There's no vets I can take him to on a sunday where I live and I don't know what to do.

He was behaving normally up until a few days ago when he started eating and drinking like crazy (he drank half a water bottle and ate almost an entire medium whimzees in a day) and obsessively running in his wheel and searching for food, as well as being more irritable (I'm pretty sure he suddenly developed diabetes?). Then last night I got home to find he had ran out of water and was lying in his bedding dehydrated and barely moving.

I rehydrated him as much as possible and he began to move around more, open one of his eyes and attempted to groom himself. He's been sleeping on and off since then and has had plenty of fluids. However, he started having a seizure around an hour ago and it hasn't stopwed and I'm really worried about him I don't know what to do and I'm really worried he's in pain and dying.

Also i'm sorry if there's typos in this, I'm blind and I don't have time to proofread it before posting sorry,.
