She looks fine in the photo from what I can see, what made you think she has mites?
I would put her back in her normal cage.

As far as I know you can't see mites as they are very very tiny and need to be diagnosed by a vet as they need to look at the skin under a microscope.

It could be that she has scratched her ear if you see blood, but I don't know what the white thing could be, could it be discharge? If so I would probably take her to the vets.

It's more likely to be some sort of irritation, and the blood and white stuff (likely dead skin) is from the scratching. I would recommend watching it, and if it worsens at all, take her to the vet ASAP. I would also recommend putting her back in her usual cage. Moving her will just stress her more and that will weaken her immune system- which will actually make her more susceptible to mites. Hope all is well

I agree it doesn't sound like mites & mite treatment should only be used after a definite diagnosis from your vet, it really isn't good for them to have it when they don't need it.
I would get her settled back in her old cage, keep an eye on her ear & if it still seems to be a problem let your vet check it out.

I already put her back in her cleaned cage just after i posted as i reckoned that she would rather be in a familiar place.
Thanks, I guess i am just a bit paranoid.

I think we all get a bit paranoid at times but it's best to be absolutely sure before giving medication or treatment of any kind.
