Enzo keeps making a whistle noise and its kinda worrying me. He doesnt do it all the time but when he does make the noise I get scared. Do you guys know what this is about?

What species is Enzo again? Is the whistling rhythmic with his breathing? If you could attach a video that would be very helpful

Is he sneezing or coughing at all? Does he seem sickly in any other way? It's possible it could be respiratory if it's rhythmic with his breathing
