Mushu hates his medicine!

Ok, so I’ve been out amd purchased a variety of baby foods and cat foods which I believe to be safe in flavours I hope Mushu will enjoy.

I know it is a lot to ask, but it would make me feel better if anyone could tell me whether these are definitely safe or not.

The Lilys kitchen curious kitten chicken dinner has got quite a lot of pork in it so I wouldn't give that but all the others you linked to are fine.

Agree with cypher AP. Nice selection to tempt Mushu! You only need half a tea spoon of the baby food and the jar must be chucked away after being opened for 48hrs. So I use an ice cube tray to divide up the balance. Once frozen then I put the frozen pieces into a ziplock freezer bag, labelled for each flavour. I know this is worthwhile for long term meds for Mocho but in case Mushu needs baytril for a few days, this would cut down on waste especially if you have to keep trying to see which flavours he likes. Hope it works for your lovely boy. Well done with the morning dose. It is always works better with two- one for the hamster and one for the syringe!

AprilPearl, I am so thrilled to hear that Mushu has had his full morning dose. It is wonderful that you and your mum could do it together with the syringe. I know it must be so difficult to do it alone. Hopefully, Mushu with absolutely adore his new flavors, and the rest of the meds can be given without any difficulties. Listen to your loving mum and grandmum, Mushu! Taking your meds are just what you need to feel better soon! Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well! Hugs to the three of you!
