thanks ! my sister and I both got hamsters on the same day from someone who said they only had females. two weeks later my sister's hamster gave birth so there had to be at least one male in the cage. I just wanted to make sure that my hamster doesnt need a new name lol

What age is the hamster in the pic naomi?
Sometimes young hamsters are quite tricky to sex actually and young males are not always showing the testicles. You can usually tell by the nipple lines. Only females have nipple lines. I can't actually see nipple lines in that pic but they may be under the fur.
It could be that she separated the litter too late so your sister's hammy was already pregnant. Gestation is only 16 days so she must have only just been pregnant when you got her.
