Has your ham been to the vet? If not, definitely take them. Though home remedies will help, a qualified veterinarian will be able to diagnose this for sure. Remember that if your hamster hasn't been, there's no way to know for sure whether or not it was a stroke, or some other serious illness. Keep him/her comfortable and make sure he/she doesn't have to move far from her nest to get food and water. Keep an eye on her and make sure she's comfy. (Or he, I'm not sure your little ones gender) hoping she feels better soon!

Ah I probably should have been more aware of that! Well if she seems alright, just keep her comfortable and whenever a vet is around, I'd recommend taking her. Just lots of bed rest would be my advice. Best wishes
