She'll sit on me in when I sit in the bath (empty of course); but other than that no. She'll sniff my finger through the tiny holes in the tube, but she won't let me touch her. Though yesterday I manage to catch her and check her neck and belly, just wanted me sure there were no tumours or anything.

Just saw the video, it would be good if it had sound.
I can see why you're worried, make an appointment with the vet who'll be able to examine her and listen to her. I know you say Gladys isn't tame but, should you decide to make a vet appointment then be sure to tell the receptionist that she's nervous. This let's the vet know in afvance.

It looks like she has a problem with her breathing and needs to see a vet. It could be a number of things such as a chest infection or possibly something going on in her abdomen pushing up on the diaphragm and making her breathe that way. Hopefully the vet will be able to shed some light on this.
