my 2 male robo hammies testicles look pink And really big

Haii, I'm new to this so sorry if I posted this on the wrong thing. Ok so I have 2 male agouti robo hamsters called Humphrey and Hercules have recently have had a BIGGG problem down below... Their testicles look somewhat swollen and they haven't been acting them selves I say this but I think its wrong Its been insanely hot in England and the hammies lie flat on their bellies just sitting there and its strange because they never did that, I'm suspecting its the weather causing them to be in the heat (mating) so yeah.. They are eating,drinking and running on their wheels also they are alert but, what is this problem? They are 8 months old now, so their problem could be Sexual maturity. I only brang them to the vets two weeks ago and the vet said they are fine and extremely healthy this was when their testicles were the size they are now, please help me I love these little guys soo much and I will do anything for them.. I live in England too and my male Syrian has been the same for the past few days! His testicles have been much more visible but I think it's just their little bodies way of dealing with the heat! I'm sure that they'll go back to normal when it cools down.
I've been using a fan in the room to help keep it cool, you could try this but just avoid pointing it directly at the hamster cage. I've also been putting a mug into the fridge to cool down and then placing it in my hammie's cage. This can give them a nice cool place to sit!
