My hamster suddenly started eating, drinking, and running on his wheel more a few weeks after I got him. Would those be signs of diabetes, or just him getting comfortable in his new home? He's a Syrian. 4 months old.
He also started waking up later, and some nights he seems to have very little energy. (I might just be paranoid).

Creating your own thread on this would probably be a better idea
Syrians very rarely are afflicted by diabetes. However, if you're truly concerned, keto diastix aren't too expensive and can be used to test for diabetes
