It's really good that he's eating ok but he will need lots of food & some extra protein, something like plain cooked chicken (no extra fats, seasoning etc) as he has lots of growing to do.
Make sure he has lots of shredded plain white toilet tissue to make a big nest to keep him really warm too.
If some of the people who breed hams see this they may have more idea of what such a young baby will need.

I forgot about diet. Yes, baby hamsters that small need lots of extra food and extra protein and fresh food. Souffle will be able to give you an idea how to supplement his hamster mix, but you can't go wrong giving him plain cooked chicken as Cypher says.

Could you send a pic of his whole habitat/living area? The wood shavings on the floor don't look the most comfortable and easiest thing to get around on, like what was said before definitely shred up loads of toilet paper and make him a nice little hideout where he can make himself a bed and stay nice and warm

He looks adorable your lucky to have him

If I had to guess and age by just photos and items around the little one I'd say it is keeping eyes closed because the light around it is hurting it's eyes(think of your own eyes when in a darkened room and someone comes and turns on the full lights) It does seem healthy but very scared and why the ears are often down or just slightly up in the photos.

By it's size alone I would say it is too big to be at the closed eye stage. I'd place it at between 18 days, and 3 weeks old. How sad a store thinks it fine to sell hamster pups at this age as most if not all will die before much more days pass by.

Do you have porridge, or Oatmeal you could offer this little one? Also a bit of warmed to the touch baby food(any without spices and Onions or leeks will make the pup enjoy.)
What is it's sleeping area like? Pups this young will have difficulty in staying warm, and because they are cold they often will walk a bit tucked up and their fur will be like this little ones and be puffed up. Too cold also will cause eyes to stay shut at times.

Like one has already pointed out you need to be very careful when it climbs as the wood chip like bedding is fairly hard and if it falls on a piece which is standing upright could be as deadly as a spear.

I am praying for this little one to remain healthy and to grow and become a great pet for you. Please keep us all updated on it and Welcome to Hamster Central. Oh and don't fear about your english translation you did a wonderful job and it was easy to follow your request, and your concern for your little hamster was very obvious

Nail on the head Nancy. The wood shavings do look a little harsh don't they? I'd remove it all and replace it with something much softer. Lots of shredded toilet roll is a must.

And yes it does look a little bright, maybe use a lamp in that room and half cover it with a t-shirt so it's fairly dark for the little creature.

Please send updates and let us know how the little one is coming along.

As he is so young, it might be an idea not to try and handle him or tame him too much just yet - give him a couple of weeks to feel at home in his cage first maybe (although if anyone else has other thoughts on that, please say!) If he has been climbing the bars, you need to make sure he can't fall and hurt himself on anything - they're good at climbing up but not that good at getting down again and can just 'drop'. The substrate on the floor of the cage will give some cushioning, but maybe move anything that could hurt him under a shelf, if he landed on it.

Which country are you from? In the Uk Syrians are almost fully grown when they're sold (they can be fully grown at 6 to 8 weeks) - yours looks about 2 weeks old! Just make sure he has lots of nesting material so he can build himself a nice cosy nest. Torn up strips of white toilet paper is safest for their nest/bed - if you put a heap of it in the cage, he will take some for his nest.

From now on you will be Mum! To help him get used to your scent and help start with the taming, you could put the sheets of white toilet paper up your sleeve or down your bra, and leave them there for a couple of hours, then tear them into strips and put them in the cage. They will help him associate your scent with something positive.

Thank you for all your tips!! Here in Uruguay is summer now, so the temperature is warm. I put toilet paper in his little house yesterday, and it make a nest with the paper inside the little house. The hamster sleep in a little wood house. In the nights I put a cloth over the cage. The cage isn't too high, is a guinea pig's house that I adapted for my previous hamster. I will give it the chiken how you tell me, and the fruits and vegetables.
I belive that in the cage there are not dangerous things. The hámster climb in the bars but for the moment, it doesn't climb high.
Thank you for your good wishes.

Here there are a potos of the cage, and the Little Wood house where the hámster is sleping whit the tooilet paper:

Here are more photos, and one of his face, I know that the photo is bad, but is the best photo I can take. In the photos, the hámster is in a little container, because I don´t want to scare it. The powder that it has in his face is from the food, that was in the little container

I can see you clearly care for your hamster. He looks adorable.

Is the wood shavings on the floor of the cage soft? It just looks a little rough and harsh.

He is so adorable! If you can put deeper bedding/substrate on the floor of the cage it would be good. Sometimes hamsters like to dig tunnels and it also makes a soft landing if they fall. In the Uk it's recommended to have a minimum of 3 to 4 inches of substrate. What kind of substrates are available in Uruguay? Aspen is usually available in most countries as it is sold as snake bedding. Also places that sell horse bedding might have hemp bedding which is ok too.

It's a cute little house he has. Even though it's warm where you are, they sometimes like to build a big paper nest so they can hide in it and also hoard food under it, so if you put a big pile of the torn up white toilet paper just in a heap in the cage, your hammy will decide what to do with it!

Thank you! I believe that the wood shaving look more rough than it really is. Anyway the hámster has a lot of toilet paper in the cage, and it just made a nest with the toilet paper.

Thanks!! In Uruguay there aren't a lot of substrates. Here you can find wood shaving or Wood pellets I put in the cage a lot of toilet paper and the hámster made a nest with it inside a the wood house, it carried a lot of paper inside his house, here you can see it:
