I recently heard of violet in the uk. A lot of their products look less expensive than Pets AT Home (my local pet shop).

Once I know the name of an item I look online to see where to get it at the best price etc.

I'd say Fitch is best for non allergenic bedding - but I haven't tried Petlife. Even some hamsters can be allergic to Carefresh!

I checked fitch at Amazonas now, and they doesn`t send. I did read about the petlife and it is made of plant fiber, I`m not sure if it is a good or bad thing?
It is made of tea and coffee bags and are 99% dust safe.

About the toilet, she uses it to toilet and washing of her fur, but I`m thinking of buy something higher because she is digging carefresh all over it. I use Trixie fresh n easy now.

We did have one water bottle but it did break in half, and it took much place in the cage.
She have a water bottle now, but I hate it

I dont think I can order from Germany, but I can order from ebay if that helps?

Good point -
Viovet do International delivery. They don't sell Fitch and are mainly limited to Carefresh and shavings (sawdust) but they are good for toys and other supplies and hamster food.

A higher sided toilet could work at keeping the substrate out. A bendy bridge may or may not be needed to help the hamster in and out of the toilet.

Yes I noticed it said plant fibre, but then further down it says made from tea bags and coffee bags (ie recycled food grade paper). Technically trees are plants and paper is made from wood but by the time it becomes food grade paper it's not really wood any more lol!

You could make your own by just tearing up a lot of white toilet paper into strips. That's basically what Fitch is like - white toilet paper, only smaller pieces. Not kitchen roll paper as that isn't digested easily like toilet paper.

We use torn up white toilet paper for nesting material as it's the safest, but you could use it for substrate as well.

Oxbow now have a good paper bedding - will Amazon send this? It's a US seller I think

In danger for sound lazy, I think I rather would have a water bottle holder from zooplus, than a homemade one. I doesn`t like to make stuff like that myself and it more safer. The old owner of my samla from ikea did make to holes in the box, but I think it is harder to hold det bottle there it should be.
