Re: What to do :/
Try not to worry but I'm a worrier myself
Maybe this is a sign that you should hold onto your hamster a little longer maybe? Hoping?

Re: What to do :/
I think it might be an idea to take her to the vet if the lump is painful (which it sounds like it might be if she made a noise). It could be that she is reaching the end of her days, or it might just be something that needs some medication and will get better. Our first hamster developed a lump under his chin on his neck that grew quite large. We never did find out if it was a benign tumour or cancer - the vet did an operation to remove it but sadly our hammy died under the anaesthetic. A vet will tell you if it is something that might mean she needs to be put to sleep or whether it is something that will get better with antibiotics x Do you have a pet carrier you could take her to the vets in? (You can make a pet carrier nice and cosy with lots of bedding, some food hidden in the bedding and a little house in there to hide in. If not maybe you could just take her in her bin cage?

Re: What to do :/
She squicked(?). I`m not sur if it is the word. I have a travel cage.
I`m going to the vet tomorrow.
Because of her age I dont look at operation as a possibility. I have a bad feeling. Last time I was at the vet with a hammy, it went bad. I am scared of the result and know that I should try to not think about it so much, but what if the vet says that her/he is not sure about what it is.

Taking the bus will not be a problem. Just follow Serendipity's advice about what to put inside for her. Just keep her safe on you and don't let other people look in at her.
You can use cucumber instead of water.

Re: What to do :/
Hello
I have very sad news. I have been at the vet with Lurvis. Unfortunately didn`t she come home with me.
Her body showed signs that her health started to go down. The vet said that she could try to give her medicine, but because of her age, it was better to let her go before it got worse.

Re: What to do :/
Very sad news about Lurvis. You gave her a long and happy life and made the best decision for her in the end. Run free and play well Lurvis.

Re: What to do :/
What kind of medicine did your vet suggest? I just ask as I also have an elderly hamster with a tumor.
