It is hard to tell from a piccie but he may have a blockage in the bladder. Have you seen him wee at all? If the duct from the bladder is blocked this is really a medical emergancy as if the bladder ruptures he will not make it. If he is still weeing, which I do hope is the case he appears to have either a baldder infection or a penile problem. I think you need to have him re-examined by the vet. There could be a tumour or swelling pressing down and causing the penis to be pushed out. Poor wee fella hope he is better soon.

Yeap, ive checked his toilet and hes had a wee, infact i saw him go for one when i saw the swelling again, so it dosnt seem to be bloked, i really cant afford to pay any more vet bills so ill have to just hope he makes it to next week when i may have to get him put to sleep, cant belive how much hes gone through latley, it only seems cruel to keep him going, its just the fact he seems happy that puts me off taking him, but it seems harder to wake him up and hes been sleeping laying flat rather than in a ball, but hes sleeping now in a ball, so i dont know whats going on with him!

If he is sleeping flat like that he is trying to get comfy so something is hurting him from inside I'd say. If he has a tumour inside it would be best to give some thought to giving him rest before it becomes acute. I am thinking of you and hope he feels better soon. I would not put him in a ball for now or is it in his cage like a toy?

No let him rest for now especially if you find he is sleeping in his ball. He needs rest to try and get well again.

yeah ok thats what hes been doing, resting, but i havnt been able to help myself and i keep waking him up to check hes still perky and to check his body over, but maybe if i just wake him for his antibiotics and let him sleep he may get better! i just hope its not what you said where they push out their intestines or something through their rear end!
