Strange sleeping habits?
Hello! Recently I have noticed that my hammy seems to have an off sleeping schedule! Lately he has been waking up as early as 3:30 and is fast asleep by 11! Could the lights in my room be confusing him? Could this cause health problems?

Re: Strange sleeping habits?
That is quite unusual, I'd not worry too much though - we've had some dwarf hams who've thought the afternoon is a better playtime than the evening before. Hams just like to confuse us, a strange sleeping schedule shouldn't do your ham any harm really

Re: Strange sleeping habits?
I agree, my youngest has strange sleeping schedules, sometimes she prefers playing in the afternoon and sometimes she prefers night.

Obi has been up and down at funny times too. I think the clocks changing and the nice weather has confused her. She's currently asleep but was awake earlier about 6pm ish.

Mine have been coming out much more during the day since the clocks changed.
