Are you sure they are broken? The top teeth are really quite small and short.
If they are then it is best to see a vet who can check the alignment and they clip the opposite teeth so they do not overgrow whist the other ones get to the correct length. Once they are they will grind against each other and keep to the right length.

My ham broke one of her top teeth a few months back after a fall. I gave her a soft diet for a fe weeks and it quickly grew back to the length of the other incisor and she was otherwise eating/drinking normal with no dribbling. However this was quite lucky and every situation is different so I would get advice from a vet if you are unsure.

Ahri did this a couple of weeks back. I soaked her regular food in warm water, drained and gave it to her so she was still getting what she needed from that, as well as feeding her soft foods. They grow back within a couple weeks. When they came back through I gave her a Bonio biscuit which she gnawed on and managed to shape her teeth back to normal. If you are worried though, pop to a vet.
