Default Start of wet tail?

I noticed about 2 days ago that Steamy's backside wasn't as clean as it normally was, so I've taken a picture and I'm hoping someone can tell me what's wrong? I really hope it isn't the start of wet tail and he's just being a bit lazy when it comes to grooming :/

He could of just peed on himself? It doesn't look like wet tail. If it was there would be a very strong smell, and it only really happens to younger hamsters, but as far as I know he's settled in with you?

Should be nothing to worry about but keep an eye on it just in case.

I agree with SinNyx it looks as though he sat his bum in a wet portion of fresh wee'd on or a water bottle puddle.

Thanks guys, yeah he's about 5 months old now Nyx . Thank you for the reassurance! I think I just worried because he's been very tired recently and not spending as much time on his wheel as he has previously - I'm now putting this down to the cold settling in and him wanting to sleep more than usual
