Plug (male parts stuff)

I always inspect the hamsters private areas when I pick them up to make sure nothing looks unusual (in addition to the rest of their body lol). Anyway, I saw some white discharge from Wicket (actually looked more like a plug) so I gently squeezed it and it was fluid. Just "turned on" stuff? I read that if a plug stays in there, it can kill them if they can't pee, so I wanted to make sure. So I just keep an eye on it and see if it goes away when he's cleaned himself? Maybe it's just a result of petting Penny, then him smelling her scent on my hands when I picked him up after. lol
