Syrian Hamster's testicle issue

I'm really concerned about my hamster, does anyone know what's wrong with him? He's coming up to 2 years old now, we've just come back from holiday after leaving him with a friend and we found this.image.jpg sorry that the image is blurry.

Hello djmagh and welcome to Hamster Central. Unfortunately, that need to be seen by a vet. It's hard to tell what it is, but if it is some type of infection he will need antibiotics and ,maybe, draining. Only a vet can tell you for sure what it is. I jope this little man is okay.

I took Olly to the vets today, she said that he had an abscess but it burst. He's on antibiotics and because he's acting normally he should be fine
