got nose fracture

my hamster got nose fracture.. my roomate accidentally step on him. he has deformed nose and it was bleeding, he is making that noise coming from his mouth, looks like he is having difficulty breathing.. what firts aid can i give to him? thanks!

You need to get him to an emergency vet. If this is absolutely not possible then keep him dark and quiet with water easily available and try and find a vet to see him as he will be in terrible pain. I am so sorry this has happened but please try and get vet help now.

can you suggest some natural pain killers for him? i already talk to the vet but she said she can't do anything for him. she doesn't have available pain killers.

Don't give human medicines. That is ridiculous because any vet will have metacam as it is used to treat cats and dogs and in the correct dilution has been tried as suitable for hamsters. Try another vet. If he is seriously injured then he may need given rest so you need to find someone.

I gave him a blended carrots, cucumber, plain yogurt, a tsp of olive oil and low fat milk for him to eat.. I am feeding him through syringe.. now he is a little ok, trying to eat soft foods.. i gave him boiled potato and egg. thanks alot for the advice..

Were you able to find another vet who would treat him? I admit, I've been thinking about your hamster since yesterday.

no, there is no other vet near here.. he is doing fine today but he is always sleeping only get up to eat.. I'm still feeding him through syringe..
