Exclamation I need help...

Hey, so I have an (almost) 3 year old Syrian (teddy bear) hamster, and because she is getting pretty old I have been keeping a fairly close eye on her. I recently noticed that she has these wet streaks running down to her tail, at first I thought it was wet tail but she hasn't been showing any other symptoms. She is still active (for an older ham), still quite interesting in food, her fur is kept fairly groomed and her eyes seem bright. I am, however, unsure if she is drinking enough water.... I haven't fed her fruits and/or veggies in a while so I don't think that's the cause. The only thing I can think of is her water... I recently moved into a new place (a few months ago) and I didn't take my brita jug with me (as it was unable to fit into my new, small fridge), so I have been giving her tap water instead of the filtered water she has had most of her life.. could that be the reason?
I don't know what is wrong with her, please help.
should I maybe try and get her to drink water through a dropper?

Could you pick up a bottle of filtered water from a store and try that in her bottle and see if anything changes?

It wouldn't be wet tail anyway as it's more known in very young Syrians.

If the wet streaks are down her body to her tail, could it be the water bottle leaking when she is drinking? Especially if she is older she may be taking her time more and some could just be leaking, or if she is chewing the water bottle it could be the same issue.
