Hi. Two things strike me. If she`s `limping` or you think she may have a strain or something else going on, a vet would/should be able to tell you if he leg is okay. Second, if you look at the way the fur has been rubbed off, it`s exactly where the back leg would reach to as if lifting her leg to scratch that area, so if she`s been scratching at this area a lot, the leg may be strained as a direct result, or her muscle may be weak due to her doing this, so perhaps that where the leg weakness is coming from.
She looks healthy otherwise so I would look closer at the area she has been scratching at and determine if she needs a mite treatment, but personally, hamsters and mice will scratch around the face, head and shoulder areas if they have suspected mites, so I wouldn`t rush to do any spot on treatments. She may just have rubbed the fur off because she scratches that area a lot and nothing more. x
