Not sure what we're looking at there? I don't see anything abnormal. What's got you worried?

Re: Super worried... Help?!
Has he been urinating? Look very closely to see if be has been! As soon as possible, clean his toilet area with fresh substrate (whatever you use) and wait to see if be urinates. You may find he has an infection in his penis that is stopping him from going. It can be cured with antibiotics, via a trip to your vet.
I'm not saying this is definitely what it is, but please look into it.

Nor me? I see his two exit holes for pee and poo but nothing else? Can you be more specific?

Re: Super worried... Help?!
Are you refering to his testicular sack?
You photo looks like he is healthy, but photos can be misleading as we can't see him in the flesh etc.
the only thing I can think you are possibly meaning (from photo) is that he is a bit red/sore/ or maybe a scab we can't see where his tescticle sack is. If he has a scab or obvious sore then a trip to the vets is needed (I just had this with my Syrian, but this was very obvious in a photo as he was swollen and scabbed), if he has a sore he would prob be given Baytril to help fight any possible infection.
If the symptons I have mentioned are not present then her looks healthy. Could you describe the problem in more detail?

Re: Super worried... Help?!
One thing I will say, he has some impressive manly bits.
I'm not sure what you are referring to, aside from maybe the anal vent looking a bit more... prominent that what I would expect to see. It does seem quite noticeable, but not necessarily a problem.
He looks pretty healthy.
What exactly is the problem?

Re: Super worried... Help?!
Hey, no need to be I'm guessing you spend more time looking at your hamster's cute face than his nether regions. It's unfamiliar territory for you and totally understandable to be concerned by something. Better safe than sorry!
Did give me a giggle though
