Default Stomach distention

I've noticed over the past week that my 1 and a half year old syrian Ember has a distended stomach, it's like a hard boiled egg how it feels, her stomach is quite hard. I've not a clue what it could be... the past 2 days too she's completely emptied her food bowl within 5 seconds flat which is really unlike her... she's normally a fussy mare and leaves certain parts of her Harry Hamster in her bowl, her bowl normally lasts her around 3 days.
She doesn't have any other symptoms. She doesn't exhibit any discomfort whatsoever. I have her a vet appointment tomorrow, i'm quite scared.. the only stomach distentions i've dealt with have been closed pyo and stomach cancer

I hope she gets on well at the vets.
I too would suspect a pyometra or a cyst or something inside. Is she drinking a lot?
Fluid can also gather in the abdomen with kidney and heart failure.
Fingers crossed the vet finds out what is going here and can help out.

She's not drinking any more than she usually drinks.
I had the vet appointment with her and the vet said to just keep an eye on her and bring her back if she discharges at all or stops eating/drinking.
