Lola's passed on.
Hi every one.
Today Lola passed on to the big nest in the sky.
This morning she had a cuddle, rub and honeyed milk. She was very quite.
Before I went to my interview at 2, I looked at her and she was grooming herself. When I came back now ( 16.15 pm), I checked in on her again.
She was curled up as if asleep, groomed,clean with nibbles around.
I just wish I had been there.
Poor baby, at least she's free now.

I am really sorry to hear about Lola. May she rest in peace.
Sometimes they choose to go alone. She was in her sleep when she went so it was peaceful.

I am so sorry but I think she said her little goodbye and thank you this morning and her passing sounds very gentle.

I gave her the best life I could: plenty of play, allowed her to rip carpets, oodles of dandelion leaves and many a happy cuddle.
She had a great life.
Bye bye baby.
See you in the next life.

I'm very very sorry to hear that. But please can I add that it sounds like she had a WONDERFUL life. You were an amazing owner from what I have seen and she's resting peacefully now.

Thanks everyone for your support and kind words.
Had a horrible morning, waking up and NOT going through the morning play and feeding ritual. Horrible. I'm staring at her empty cage  and cleaning away her sniff/hide-away boxes.
But at least she had the best,happiest life, safe and caring with me.

I so feel for you... I hope you will cope OK with her loss.... I'M very sorry it was time for her to say byebye...
