Re: Hamster weigh-in thread
I wouldn't worry Rach. Darcey is 215g and she's only 6 months old! She's just a chunky monkey all round - even her head is wide!

Re: Hamster weigh-in thread
My lot
Russian/hybrid dwarves
Brussels 47g
Biffy 59g
Cinnamon 45g
Sprout 53g
Thingumy 51g
Bob 49g
Zoe 30g - (is a bit worrying compared to the others but Zoe has always been tiny since I got her And has been health checked and I have tried to bulk her up but I think she will stay tiny! Defo keeping an eye on her weight though if it got any less I would be worried and would take her to the vet)
Syrians
Horace 137g - 1year
Brian 130g - 14months
Marley 118g - 7months
Oh also...Most of the dwarves I don't know their proper ages because they were adopted or rescued and their age is mainly unknown. None of the dwarves are young though! but from how long I've had them and how they act they are all more 1yr +

Re: Hamster weigh-in thread
Messy was 63 grams yesterday, what a chubster he's going after Runner's build!
Choco was 136 grams. He is an active boy though!

The above is the weight Issy was back in August 2010.
Today she was weighed and is now 210g. She is huge! She looks fab and is obviously enjoying her food

Wow Issy is a big ham!
Weighed Ruby, she is just around 100g... She is quite thin again I am hoping extra food will help because she dosent look ill or anything.

Re: Hamster weigh-in thread
What mix do you use Amy? I always give Issy some extra veg, baby food and she is on Harry hamster with a bit of the wagg mix in it (as we have some to use up). She was always big though but had lost some weight which is why I switched to Harry Hamster after Amethyst said it had made a difference with one of hers.
