Unhappy Hamster Help

Hi so i have 2 hamsters and i usually pretty knowledgeable in ha hamsters but i noticed that my youngest hamster (Roman) pees more frequently that my hamster Charlie. Roman tends to pee in one area and pees there VERY often. While Charlie, i can never find where he has peed! Im not quite sure which one to be more concerned of. PLease help!

What species are they both? For some species its not uncommon to struggle to find the toilet area, whereas peeing a lot can be a concern in most species I'm afraid.

They are both syrains Roman is roughly 4 months and Charlie is full grown so i am guessing 7-8 months...

Er... At this point I'm concerned for both so am a bit confused cause it seems wierd that both would have different issues at once. I think the best thing to do would be to see a vet and get their views really
Syrians do usually pee enough for you to see their toilet area
