Re: discharge lump?
Females will smell funny like this i think every 5 days ish?
I have worked with some females that would have alot of discharge when in heat and would smell really strong. As long as she hasn't been around a male and the discharges clears in a few days i wouldn't worry.

Re: discharge lump?
it just looks like what you get after a mating to me, I suspect its from in her womb clearing just in case of mating to take place

Re: discharge lump?
Depends on how close their cages are. I know chinchillas can!

Re: discharge lump?
I wouldn't of thought so, as the male grips the female around her middle and he wouldn't fit though the bars even if his other bits do, lol. I woulnt worry she might of just got a little excited as the same can be found on males when a female is in heat right next to them.

Re: discharge lump?
awww might be possible but from what I have seen it takes a lot of effort from the male to get in the right place and the female often walks away a few steps when the male smells her then freezes.
