Ours varies a lot, maybe monthly. Like others, we clean the wee corner twice a day and I remove any fruit and veg before it goes off, much to Hammy's annoyance.

I will admit I don't clean as often as I used to when my numbers were lower. But all the dwarfs are clean and the aubiose is very absorbant so it doesn't make much difference. They have a full clean out every 3 weeks, I'll clean any equipment or sand trays as and when I feel it needs to be.
Bacardi gets a very smelly wheel and needs this cleaning at least once a week.
Batman needs a spot clean of his pee corner once a week usually.
(Except for Batman and Bacardi) I rarely ever get any pee stains or dirt that needs anything more than a wash with water x
