Water in ear??!

So Rocky's water bottle spilled and got on him, and theres a wet spot by his ear??? So I don't know if it went in his ear But I dried him off to make sure he doesn't get a chill...

if its just on his fur i wouldnt worry plus if its just water itll go away on its own just keep a close eye on him for a few days
i have to wash jabbas face all the time cuz he gets eye goo and hes squirmy and he gets all wet and hes fine

Thank you for your help! I'm not sure if it got in his ear or not so that's why I'm paranoid. But I will keep an eye on him
