Scent glands can get pigmented as the ham gets older (see Souffle's thread), but it being lumpy is still odd.
I'd head to see the vet to be sure unless someone can confidently give advice here really.

I meant like for some reason, it is flat now :/ i dont know why because earlier it was defo sharp, it is just like a black spot,

EDIT: just had a look on Souffle's thread and read through it, the picture looks like Bubbles, so it must just be his scent glands right? should i still clean them? like in this video that i found on youtube?

If the lump has gone I wouldn't bother, but its up to you.
I'm glad it is probably just his scent gland though
