Going To The Vets :/

Hi, well Bubbles has gone into hibernation twice now i think, i dont know what it is tbh, hence why I am taking him to the vet. I have to take Sonny because he isnt doing too good either I am having bad luck with pets atm :/ so I will be taking Bubbles too. I was wondering if anyone knows what he/she will do with Bubbles? and will he/she give him anything, someone said maybe baytril? i am rubbish with medicine etc. I hope he will stop doing this now :/ it is scaring me, and i figured that hopefully the vet will make me feel more comfortable to know what is wrong with him. I will be going tomorrow, hopefully if it isnt full of snow as forecast sais it is, Sonny really needs to go, and Bubbles I really want to know what is wrong with the poor man. hopefully nothing serious any advice?

Thanks My stupid parents are now saying that i cant go. but i will have to skip school without them knowing. and go to school in the afternoon like how annoying?!

You can just go without you parents permission Jandrhamster. You need to talk to them and discuss it in a mature and responsible way and offer to pay from your own pocket money.
I don't think Bubbles sounds like he is hibernating. They don't come out of hibernation very quickly and to me he sounds more like he is in a trance as a protective mechanism.
The vet can't do anything for hibernation but they could give him a good all over check and sound his chest etc as well as feeling him for lumps and bumps so if it makes you feel better for having this then try and discuss it with them and please don't even think of skipping school.
You can only try and keep him in a warm place all the time if he is a hibernator to try and stop him doing this.

Yes, indeed, but Sonny is going with my Nan, so I was meant to go with her.

UPDATE- My dad said that i can ring the vets tomorrow and if they ask me to go and see him/her then i can im such a good convincer

I found the number on yell. so i will call them when i come home from school tomorrow. do you think they will be open after 4:00 PM?

yeah most vets are usually open till about 5 or 6.

hope all goes well at the vets
