I think ill put a report in, how do I go about doing it/
Surely denying an animal vet treatment is enough to get an inspection?
And mentioning dirty containers full of rats ?

Your local council licence these shops and they will have a department that deals with that. Just call them up and ask to speak to someone regarding the welfare of the animals in that particular shop. They will point you in the right direction, I`m sure. Failing that, the RSPCA. Although I`m not sure what action they can take if they don`t have another visual evidence to act on. If the hamster is already gone, they can only go in there and inspect the premises and speak to the owners.

Please ensure that personal matters and complaints you intend to make are not publicised on the forum for your own personal safety and privacy.
As this is a public forum it is not difficult to identify people from their posts, photos and actions and you do not know who is also a member of the forum or indeed watches the forums. It is not unknown for shop owners to post following moans about their business and also they could take action against people slandering their business.
General talk is fine and information about how to go about actions however with a particular store your first post of call must be the manager or customer services. If you get no satisfaction there then it is up to you to take matters further should you wish but this is not for open discussion as it is a case in progress.
Please take care what you post in public.
PM me should you want any posts removed.
