Sneezing/loud sniffing for no reason?

I finally got round to emptying the cage of all wood shavings that I thought would be irritating Jigglypuff....
But even when I put her in her ball outside of the cage she seems to be making a loud sniff/sneeze...
I can't work out if she's sniffing REALLY loud or if shes genuinely sneezing?!
I put in some paper bedding, 2 kinds, for now whilst I order Megazorb.
I've probably got "new hamster worries" or something but yeah.
