I hope the vet can definitely say what it is  glad that he's ok in himself still.

She passed away last night. Very very very unexpected. She was so healthy and full of life. I came home after a long day at work and she was gone..

There was no indication. Maybe the pregnancy was heard for her. She never showed any sign of slowing down.
