Hamster-Duck?

My hamster, who i bought yesterday from a trusted pet-shop is a 9 week old syrian female, but she keeps making this odd duck noise? She is having fun on the exercise wheel and is happily accepting food such as raisins and sunflower seeds through the bars in her big cage, but as she explorers she keeps making this sound? Although she accepts food through the cage, when i introduce my hand, she nibbles on it- not breaking skin yet.

What bedding do you use for her? Its possibly that its upsetting her breathing if its too dusty. It would be a good idea to take her to the vet for a check up in case its a respitory infection and she needs meds.
