She is still being really good with her meds, but 'chuffs' at me for a while afterwards, lol, even though I have yoggie drops at the ready! She is still fine in herself, but still watery blood in her wee Only on day 4 of meds though . . .

Lil Miss - thanks for the confirmation All that maths was to much for my little brain!

Racing hamster - He has given her a 10 day course but if its not cleared up by then I will be taking her back and seeking further advice, although there may not be much they can do apart from keep giving the baytril. Is it not dangerous to be on for long periods then? He said it could be kidneys (as did my trusty copy of hamsterlopaedia!), but I will just have to see what develops I suppose. Its a puzzle that she is still acting normal. I would expect her to be looking ill, hunched over, ears down etc, but she is just her usual crazy self!

Sounds like she's being a very good girl.. I know my boys would take their meds easily, but my girls would be a bit too spirited! It's good that she's only chuffing..not outright refusing.
I hope it all clears up soon
