Prayers for Teddy

This will probably be the last or one of the last posts I will put in this thread, but I think that it is good news Teddy seems to have made a really really good recovery. From Friday's not-so-successful scuffing, I decided to add his meds to some tasty treats. Saturday - boiled rice, Sunday - scrambled egg and today some veg, all of which he gobbles down without even realising there is antibiotics all over it ! So yeah, he was still sleepy up to Sat but then he started going back in his hammock ( which he hasn't done since he fell ill) and he was more lively. Whilst he has been eating, every night I have been stroking and brushing him which he is fine with and tonight he was smelling my hand and considering jumping on to it but he didn't, so we really are making progress All week he had had a messy bum from the diarrhoea, but since Saturday it was dried up but today, the majority was gone. Partly from my brushing and other part because he must have felt well enough to give himself a good groom I'm so pleased and fingers crossed he is on the right road to a full recovery and I will manage to get him really tame ! Aww, bless him. I read this thread, with all my fingers crossed hoping for good news and I'm very glad to hear it. Dear little hams, so good at scaring us! But so deserving of treats, really, for being brave and getting better!
