it's so horrible seeing them struggle, loads of good vibes to you and Indyman. He's a grand old age, like others have said loads of love and loads of favorites, but I have a feeling that's exactly what he's getting

As The Cloud got more and more wobbly I just made his home easier to navigate for him. being a little robo he would get very frustrated that he couldn't jump up on things anymore or climb. At the end I also moved his water right next to his bed and piled his food there too. Obviously I hope this is a long long way off for Indyman.

I had a similarly assertive older ham who refused to give in to achey hips and heart failure. If you haven't already, you could consider moving his food, water, bed and toilet to the base so that he doesn't feel he has to clamber up the levels. My girl ended up in a rody with food and water close to her nest. I gave her a water bowl as well as bottle in case working the spout got too difficult.
Sending smooshes to handsome Mr Indy

Thanks vectis, i took his castle house today to amke him open nest under a wooden bridge, gave some frozen peas and some ice to lick, moved obstructions, food and water near bed...debating taking his wheel out but he loves it! hes such a fighter, you can see him getting annoyed when he wobbles and tries to clean himself!

Ive put in the ladders and moved the levels down, think its best i can do for him.

Shall i do some baby food ice cubes? x

hes drinking from bottle fine atm so will leave it x
