Unhappy My hamster isn't peeing (I think)

He seems normal in every way BUT, during the past three or four days, his pee tray has been empty. I've checked the other corners, sniffed them, felt them and found nothing.

I heard that their pee can crystallize fast in the warmer weather. Would I be able to see this? He's recently, also, attacking his pee tray by biting it constantly. I wonder if he just changed areas to pee?

Have you checked his bed to see if he's doing it in there?

How does his abdomen feel? If it feels bloated in any way then I would take him straight to the vets.
Otherwise, its not unusual for them to change pee places, he could be going inside a cardboard box, toy, tunnel etc.

If it is warm it may just be drying very quickly. Babies especially don't really wee and awful lot. Just watch he is managing to work the water bottle and that it is flowing freely so he is getting enough to drink. The ball jams quite easily.
