The smell of Choco
Hi all,
I am not sure whether this belongs in the healthcare section, so please feel free to move it if necessary.
When I smell Choco's fur, it smells exactly like sweet distinguished liquorice!
I think he smells great (I love liquorice), but is this bad? Maybe an indication that his nutrition is lacking something or has too much of something? What do your hamsters smell like?

Re: The smell of Choco
Haha Izuna-Wheatley smells like...Hm. Kinda like straw. I'm lucky he was fully awake (In the day he's weird...) and didn't think it was too weird I got up, picked him up, smelt him and put him back down. XD

Re: The smell of Choco
Mine smelt like chicken, which is probably why the cats loved her more than the others lol
I'm afraid I don't know much about what they should smell like, hopefully it's nothing serious xx
