Re: Infection :( (Maybe a sensitive image)
I'm not sure? He had a lot of energy earlier but I think it was because he's had quite a stressful day. He took that out on the wheel then ate some, drank a lot and he's been sleeping since. The toys he has have come out of the cage they were sharing so he does have some familiarity.
How would I tell if he's missing Wallace? I'm still only a beginner with raising hamsters haha. I wouldn't trade them for the world though!

Re: Infection :( (Maybe a sensitive image)
When separated they usually mope for about a week and then settle down and are quite happy on their own. I would keep them apart now just in case they have fought. Scott will smell different too with the meds and the handling he had.
Hope he has a speedy recovery.

Re: Infection :( (Maybe a sensitive image)
He's looking a lot better now He's doing everything normally and the skin is growing back from the sides. I tried to get a photo but he's just so quick and apparently camera shy so I couldn't get one XD
